I get a little OCD with my palette.
Today I went out Mountain Biking (MTB) and used my GoPro for the first time. Here are a few still shots I captured:

Last night I took a Beginner’s Cake Decorating class at Kathy’s Kreative Kakes. We learned how to make perfect dots (harder than it sounds), how to pipe different borders on your cake, draw straight lines with frosting, as well as make roses!

See here for details from my Cupcake Decorating class.
This weekend I stayed over in Mill Valley and less than ten minutes from our hotel room was this awesome bouldering spot. Not only was it a secluded, but the view was absolutely breathtaking!

The rock is called “Turtle Rock” - can you see why? (hint: look at the top right side of this rock)

Spring is a wonderful reminder to get your ass in gear - search for that ideal campsite, work out a bit longer at the gym, and organize your closet so your heavy coats are stuffed in the back.
Here are a few items from my April bucket list:
- Bike Sawyer Trail
- Simplify my living space (maybe make use of these boxes you sneak under the bed?)
- Cook with taro … taking meal suggestions!
- Make a delicious cocktail. I am planning to copy Wolfgang Puck’s Ginger Pineapple Mojito.
- Set up my 401k
- Research backpacking sleeping bags. I am looking for a lightweight, 15F, 3 season bag, at an affordable price without sacrificing quality.
There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions in a way that serves the world and you.
Have you heard of Hadoken? It is a new photography meme emerging from Japan. Today we tried it out at the office.

How easy is tortilla making? Easy. Two ingredients, 3 steps.

Mix together corn flour and water. Roll into balls and flatten them (I put wax paper on each side and used a rolling pin). Then heat on each side for 30-50 seconds. Done!
I added sweet potato, black beans, cabbage, tomato, avocado and cheese on mine, but the beauty of tortillas is that it allows a lot of creativity. Go ahead and have fun creating a beautiful and simple meal in minutes!
Note: Next time I am going to try adding other ingredients into the tortilla mix such as bits of corn kernels or chopped spinach.

I played tourist on Saturday and walked across the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge. In one direction you face the city of San Francisco with fog swallowing it from above, and from the other direction you approach the green sunlight hills of Marin.
I spend all week in an office. Sometimes I don’t even know if its been raining or sunny outside. But when the weekend rolls around, you won’t find me anywhere contained by four walls.
My girl friends and I have a new tradition of hiking every weekend. It is also great preparation for my upcoming Half Dome trip in Yosemite.
Here are some pictures from this past weekend’s hike in McNee Ranch State Park.
