Rolled up magazine paper and glued onto a balloon. Let dry and pop the balloon.

Materials needed: balloons, glue, water, colored yarn.
Instructions: Blow up balloon, dip yarn in watered down glue, wrap around balloon. Wait to dry completely, and pop balloon.
