A fun site to poke around and daydream about decor.

Must-haves for my future home: A well-designed and spacious kitchen. An impressive, bold and grand bookshelf/library.

Found these two items today while on the web, thought I would share:

A beautiful cake.

An Eva Franco dress on ModCloth.

Holiday parties, holiday drinking. Hand in hand. I can’t give you the cure for a hangover, but I can give you some tips on how to make use of those leftover bottles.

Get creative and paint them! Look how beautiful these came out! You can also be daring and tape up the bottles before painting to make some edgy designs. Then put some flowers in them and - voila!

I am not one for dressing up your dog, but these are a cute and fun way to accessorize your pet without causing them any discomfort. You can purchase one here.

Minimalist posters of classic childhood stories. I love the simplicity and design. Which one is your favorite? I can’t decide between The Princess & the Pea or Goldilocks & the Three Bears.

Map of Italy.

Isn’t this neat? This photographer dissembled flowers carefully and photographed them against a blank white slate. Beautiful!

Sometimes I get like the designer of this clock, nostalgic for simpler forms and designs. With the hustle and bustle these days, along with all the advanced technology, designs and, well, life get complicated. I would like a piece like this in my home to remind me of simpler things.

So easy to do and get creative with! You get to pick any fabric design and material you want, and this is light to travel with and can also be draped around your neck as a scarf. I found this idea here.
