Michael Mape’s photo collages make me think one thing: my god that guy has patience!
He uses pins, vials, and gel caps to piece together various photos of a subject to form a final piece.

My postings here have slowed down and you may be wondering why - well, it is because I was in New Orleans for a trade show! I represented Zenfolio at Imaging USA, a popular photography convention held annually.

Etsy seller missquitecontrary sells her fine art photographs printed onto vintage dictionary pages. You can try your hand at doing this yourself — just be sure to use archival inks and find an old dictionary or encyclopedia with thick pages.
I think it would be really neat to take this idea and make it more personal. Perhaps a photo you took yourself printed on a newspaper article, favorite book page, something you wrote, etc.
